Versatile
I originally bought this device as a backup to my car battery going dead, especially during the winter. This it has done well, but I discovered it had many other uses as well, such as powering photography lighting, fans, recharging cell phones, even powering my laptop (through a step up transformer). After 57-months, however, the case split open because the lithium battery had swollen.

4 years still good!
I keep it in the car – normal southern hot and cold cycles and checked it and topped off the charge every 6 months to 1 year. I used it once after about 2 years and it worked fine. It is now 3.8 years old and I guess I let it go more than a year without checking and it was totally discharged, but it took a full recharge and is now holding at 100% charge again. Outstanding! almost 4 years old now. Great durability.
