If you own a portable jump starter or are considering getting one, it’s crucial to understand how to keep it in top-notch condition

- Proper charging is crucial to maintain the functionality of your BuTure BR600 car battery jumper.
- Storage. Proper storage is equally important, especially if you don’t use your BR600 frequently.
- Regularly testing your jump starter ensures that it’s in working condition when you need it.
- Whenever possible, store your BR600 portable jump starter in a moderate temperature environment between 50 ºF – 70 ºF. Like vehicle batteries, exposure to extreme temperatures is detrimental to jump starter batteries, both in the short term and long term.
- Respect the cycles. Every jump starter is subject to a duty cycle in which the vehicle can be cranked only so long before a period of rest is needed. For almost all jump starters, the recommended duty cycle is between 5-6 seconds of cracking followed by 3-5 minutes of rest.
- Clean clamps. A battery in poor condition may have battery acid on the posts, so wiping down the clamps after jump starting a vehicle always is a good practice to keep the clamps from becoming corroded

Love it!
I’m a senior woman and pretty good with handyman type stuff but I have a car that I don’t use often and, despite having a new battery, I forgot to start and run it every so often to keep the battery charged. I didn’t want to call the auto club since it had just replaced the old battery a few months ago. But the hot weather must have killed the battery, or at least I thought so. Got this little jewel of a starter, read the directions, charged the lithium battery, and then tried it on the dead battery. Worked like a charm first try. Very easy to use, instructions fairly clear, and it worked – that’s all I wanted.

Jumped my Pirius C
It came almost fully charged (enough to jump my car two or three times in one day from completely dead). I popped in onto my 12V and instantly heard it charging. You get about a minute to start the car before I assume it auto shuts off. My car still needs to run a bit so I have to jump it until I can get some miles in. Love it and I recommended it to my grandma. For those who are looking for an adaptor, just use the one that comes with your phone. It comes with a USB to USB C cable.

I was skeptical when I bought this, fortunately I haven’t had to use it on my car yet, but someone needed a jump in a Walmart parking lot a week ago, and this device started her minivan up with out hesitation!!! And I hadn’t changed it in at least two months! I am so glad I bought this!
